What we collect

When you join the waitlist, apply for a pilot, or book a discovery call, we collect the details you give us: name, company, work email, role, and anything you tell us about your operation. On the website we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage; we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising.

Customer operational data

Pilot engagements run on read-only connections or exports that you control. Your operational data is used solely to deliver the engagement, is never used to train models for other customers, and is deleted at your request at the end of an engagement.

Processors we use

Website hosting (Vercel), form handling (Formspree), and call scheduling (Cal). Each processes only what is needed for its function.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email richard@goannona.com.
